HMSC Learning was established by two of the world's leading educational players, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and S Chand, to provide innovative educational solutions and initiatives throughout India. The office is located at prime Mathura road, within the vicinity of the upcoming Metro Station.

The layout for the office has been designed keeping in mind the education and the knowledge related function of the organisation. The long corridor space has been aesthetically treated with glass cube in form of a cafeteria and the bright orange texture paint on the longest wall.

The Main reception area is very up-market with a touch of color along with richness of wood. The main hall comprises of senior manager offices and the Director's cabin, all having glass partitions to make the entire working area full of natural light for entire day, with 80% cost saving on light consumption.

Overall a very functional office showcasing a perfect example of converting diamond from graphite.
